Abstract: In recent trends, sensors are devices which monitor a parameter of a system, hopefully without disturbing that parameter. Vibration measurement has become an important method in mechanical structural products research, design, produce, apply and maintenance. Vibration sensor is more and more important as key devices. Nowadays, with the development of computer technology, electronic technology and manufacturing process, a variety of vibration sensors have come forth in succession.
