Održavanje računarskih sistema

Abstract: Computer hardware and software are resources without which the modern business of any organization, from manufacturing to services, is impossible. Not enough attention is being payed to maintenance of computer systems as an aspect of business. This paper gives some recommendations for the selection of the computer systems maintenance approach, based on many years of experience maintaining these systems at the University of Zenica.
