Spectral theory for one-body Stark operators

Abstract: We investigate spectral theory for a large class of one-body Stark Hamiltonians using a commutator technique. Our results include Rellich's theorem, the limiting absorption principle, radiation condition bounds and Sommerfeld's uniqueness theorem, all stated and proved in the framework of Besov spaces.
