Abstract: Let $\text{AGL}(1,\Bbb F_q)$ denote the affine linear group of dimension one over the finite field $\Bbb F_q$. We determine the M\"obius function of the lattice of subgroups of $\text{AGL}(1,\Bbb F_q)$.
