Local structure of the overconvergent de Rham-Witt complex

Abstract: We state two structure theorems. First a general structure theorem for the de Rham-Witt complex, and then the structure of the overconvergent de Rham-Witt complex, locally on a smooth algebraic variety over a perfect field of positive characteristic.
