A note on the shifted Courant-Nijenhuis torsion

Abstract: We characterize the vanishing of the shifted Courant-Nijenhuis torsion as the strongest tensorial integrability condition that can be imposed on a skew-symmetric endomorphism of the generalized tangent bundle.
