Schwarz Modular Operads Revisited: $\mathcal{SM}=\mathcal{S}\circ\mathcal{M}$

Abstract: We prove that the Feynman category encoding Schwarz's variant of modular operads is Koszul. Our proof uses a generalization of the theory of distributive laws to the groupoid colored setting.
