On the Moutard transformation singularity for the Davey--Stewartson II equation

Abstract: We indicate explicitly how to obtain the Moutard transformation singularity for the Davey--Stewartson II equation with two indeterminancy points. We also justify an arbitrary order ``mass drop" phenomenon via this singularity formation scheme.
